I am the first one to tell you, if you don't have the car, do not wear the gear...HOWEVER, the Tod's for Ferrari collection is something unique. Maybe it's because the Italian made sports car is always a fixed item on my Christmas list, but rocking a pair of Enzo red suede mocs is a stylish choice...it isn't as bad as a Lamborghini tie for guy who drives the Malibu. For under 400 dollars you can be in step with Ferrari and if someone should look down at your shoes and ask "where's the car"? Just tell them "it's on it's way." Because eventually, it will be.
These shoes are trash. Ferrari is trash. Only wealthy foreigners and new money drive this ostentatious epitome of tacky. I think we can all agree that nothing is worse than new money, and the only thing worse than a Ferrari driver is a Lamborghini driver. Stick to Bentley or go home to your two bedroom apartment and leased Italian sports car.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, a gentleman does not wear red suede shoes...no matter what the occasion. Blue suede shoes are acceptable, but only because the King made them cool. Black suede Gucci loafers worn without socks are a must in any gentleman's closet.
Lastly, TARGET CUFF LINKS!?!?!?!?! I think I just found something worse than new money and Lamborghini drivers.
